Return Policy:
Our guarantee to Allergy One customers...
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied
with your purchase within 30 days, and it is in like-new condition (in
original packaging, with instructions, warranty card, and accessories), and
it is returnable*:
- E-Mail sales@allergyone.com for a Return
Authorization Number. Write this number on the outside of
the package containing the returned items.
- Mail
it back to us, along with your receipt, within 30 days of the date
on the receipt. As we cannot be responsible for items lost in shipment,
we highly recommend that you send the product back to us via a
traceable method (UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service with the purchase of Delivery Confirmation and Insurance).
- When we receive your package,
we will either refund the appropriate amount** to the credit card
you used for your original purchase
or give store credit. A re-stocking fee of 25% will apply to cover our costs to replace certain items.
*Note: The following products are NOT RETURNABLE:
- Pillows
- Replacement filters
- Opened bedding products
- Opened personal care products (ex. face masks, etc.)
- Special orders
**The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from
customer. Shipping and handling including promotional shipping costs
will not be refunded. |

prior consent. Your name, e-mail address, and any other information you
have entrusted to us will only be used by us to process your order or
for other business-related activities. We value your business and your
privacy. |

We intend to ensure that your personal and account
information is absolutely secure. To accomplish this, we employ the
latest 40 and 128-bit encryption technology in all areas of the site
which require you to provide your personal or account information.
We do this to prevent any unauthorized use of the information you are
