Our guarantee to Allergy One customers...
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied
with your purchase within 30 days, and it is in like-new condition (in
original packaging, with instructions, warranty card, and accessories), and
it is returnable*:
- E-Mail firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return
Authorization Number. Write this number on the outside of
the package containing the returned items.
it back to us, along with your receipt, within 30 days of the date
on the receipt. As we cannot be responsible for items lost in shipment,
we highly recommend that you send the product back to us via a
traceable method (UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service with the purchase of Delivery Confirmation and Insurance).
- When we receive your package,
we will either refund the appropriate amount** to the credit card
you used for your original purchase
or give store credit. A re-stocking fee of 25% will apply to cover our costs to replace certain items.
*Note: The following products are NOT RETURNABLE:
- Replacement filters
- Opened bedding products
- Opened personal care products (ex. face masks, etc.)
- Special orders
**The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from
customer. Shipping and handling including promotional shipping costs
will not be refunded.
